Your booking site

A booking site that looks like your salon

Your booking link gets pasted into stories, bios and group chats more often than any page you'll ever build. It should look like it belongs to you.

Your own address

A salon subdomain from day one, and a domain you already own whenever you want it.

Your colour, everywhere

One brand colour builds the whole palette of the booking page. A logo finishes it.

Readable by Google

Your address, hours and business type are published as structured data, not just as text.

Branding that stops at the right level

A logo and one colour is the whole of it. The booking page derives its accents from that colour rather than asking anyone to specify nine of them, which is why it comes out looking deliberate instead of assembled.

The share card — the picture that appears when your link is pasted into a message or a story — carries your logo, your headline and your tagline. Or an image of your own, in place of the lot.

  • Your own share headline and tagline
  • Or a share image you supply yourself

Bringing your own domain

Three stages, and you're always told which one you're in.

  1. 01

    Point it at us

The DNS records are handed over ready to paste into wherever the domain was bought, and Inchair waits on your word that they're in.

  2. 02

    Wait out propagation

The part nobody can hurry. Nothing else is needed from you, and the tab can be closed.

  3. 03

    Live, with a certificate

DNS is checked and then the certificate is confirmed separately, by a real handshake, before anything is called live. One without the other is a broken site.

And where else it can live

Embedded in your site

The booking flow drops into a site you already have, including WordPress via a plugin and a shortcode.

Structured for search

Your name, address, coordinates, phone and opening hours are published in the format search engines actually parse.

Or not indexed at all

One switch asks search engines to leave your site alone, for the salons that are full and want to stay that way.

Questions

Do I get a booking link before I have a domain?
Yes. Every salon gets its own address on inchair.app as soon as it's approved. A custom domain is optional and can be added later without changing anything else.
Will my old booking link keep working?
Your Inchair address keeps working after a custom domain is connected — visitors are sent on to the domain you chose.
Can I build a completely custom site?
Bespoke sites exist for a small number of salons and are built by us rather than assembled from a page builder. There's no drag-and-drop website builder in Inchair, and the standard booking page is what almost everyone runs.
Can I keep my site out of Google?
Yes. The search-visibility setting asks crawlers to stay away. It hides you from results; it doesn't hide you from anyone who has the link.
