Who it's forFor massage & spa

Booking software for massage and day spas

Quiet work, booked in long blocks, where a late arrival costs the next person their appointment. The book has to be right.

A book per therapist

Their own hours, their own days off, their own treatments — one business.

Turnaround between clients

Buffer time held off the book so the room is actually ready.

Lateness has a policy

Written by you, shown at booking, and agreed to before it matters.

Several therapists, one calendar

Each therapist has their own weekly availability, their own time off, and their own set of treatments. A slot is only offered when the spa is open, the therapist is working, and they actually perform that treatment.

Clients can pick who they see, or leave it to you. Either way the booking lands in one calendar rather than in several that need reconciling.

  • Spa hours and therapist hours as separate layers
  • Treatments assigned to the people who do them
  • One-off time off without unpicking the weekly pattern

The things that go wrong in a spa day

Running over

Buffer after each treatment absorbs the turnaround, so the next appointment starts when it says it does.

Not turning up

A deposit on the long treatments, or a card on file and a fee charged afterwards under your stated policy.

Forgetting

Up to three reminders per booking on your own lead times, plus one text for clients who opt in.

Paying at the end

Check out at the desk or send a link, take the tip on the same charge, and pay out to your own bank.

Questions

Does Inchair manage rooms or equipment?
No. Availability is per therapist, not per room. If you have fewer rooms than therapists, that's not something the booking rules can model today — worth knowing before you commit.
Can clients book a treatment without choosing a therapist?
Yes, and only the therapists who perform that treatment are considered when the slot is offered.
Can I sell gift cards or packages?
No. There's no gift card or prepaid package feature in Inchair today.
Can I take a deposit on longer treatments only?
Yes. Deposits are set per service and per option as well as salon-wide, so a ninety-minute treatment can ask for one while a thirty-minute one doesn't.
