Automations
Emails that go out by themselves when something happens, from a recipe or built step by step.
Campaigns
One email to a list you choose, built from photos, text, buttons and your own services.
One click to say no
Marketing only reaches clients who haven't unsubscribed, and every email can be unsubscribed from in a click.
See it working
A 1:06 film, made from Inchair's own screens.
It watches for the moment, so you don't have to
An automation starts when something happens: an appointment finishes, a first visit, a birthday a week away, three months with no booking. From there it waits, checks, and emails, one step at a time, for each client it applies to.
Checks keep it from being a blunt instrument. A rebook reminder asks whether the client has booked since, and quietly stops if they have. A win-back can email the client first and, if that doesn't bring them in, tell their stylist to pick up the phone.
- Triggers for appointments, clients, money and coupons
- Waits by the hour or day, or until a few days before their next visit
- Yes-or-no checks on visits, spend, their stylist and more
- Email the client, write in their Messages thread, or tell your team

Start from a recipe, then make it yours
Each one opens in the builder ready to switch on, with wording you can change.
Rebook reminder
Two weeks after a visit, a note to anyone who hasn't booked their next one.
Win-back
Ninety days without a visit: a friendly email, then a nudge to their stylist.
Review request
The day after a regular's visit, a link to leave you a Google review.
Birthday note
A week before their birthday, a note, with a coupon if you like.
Appointment prep
Before a visit, ask for a patch test if theirs is out of date.
No-show check-in
A missed appointment gets a friendly note and a way to rebook.
Campaigns that look like your salon
For the emails you decide to send: new hours for the holidays, a stylist joining, Saturday openings. Choose who gets it with filters like hasn't visited in 90 days or birthday this month, and see how many can receive it before you write a word.
The email is built from blocks and drawn as it will arrive: photos beside text, a service card with its price, a stylist with their headshot and bio, one of your coupon codes, a button to your booking page or anywhere you like. It stacks properly on a phone, and follows the reader's dark mode.
- Templates to start from, or a blank email
- Send now, or schedule it in your salon's time
- A test to your own inbox first
- Afterwards: who it reached, who booked within two weeks, and who used the coupon

Sent the way marketing email should be
Unsubscribes, checked every time
Marketing only reaches clients who haven't unsubscribed. It's checked as each email goes, so a client who unsubscribes is off the list straight away.
One-click unsubscribe
A link at the foot of every email, plus the standard unsubscribe button mail apps show. Either one takes effect straight away.
Your name on it
Your logo or name at the top, your colour on the buttons, and your address at the foot, which the law asks for on every marketing email.
Visit emails kept separate
Aftercare and prep follow the client's appointment-email setting instead, and can't carry a promotion.
Every email, on the record
The Emails tab lists everything Inchair has sent for your salon, confirmations and reminders as well as marketing, with a preview of what each one said. When a client says they never got it, you can see whether it went and what was in it.

Questions
- Do I have to write every email myself?
- No. Every automation recipe and campaign template comes with wording you can send as it is or change. Merge tags like {first_name} fill in each client's own details.
- Who gets my marketing emails?
- Clients who haven't unsubscribed from your marketing email. Guests, including clients you import from another system, get it unless they unsubscribe; clients with an account choose for themselves when they sign up. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Can I send marketing texts?
- No. Marketing goes by email, to clients who haven't unsubscribed.
- Do you track opens and clicks?
- No. A campaign reports how many it reached, how many of those clients booked within two weeks, and how many used its coupon. We don't put tracking pixels in your clients' email.
- Will an automation email someone who just booked?
- Not unless you want it to. Each automation has a Stop when they book switch, already on for new automations and the rebooking recipes, and its checks can ask whether a client has an appointment coming up.
